At Grassy Branch Preschool, we provide a fun-filled, hands-on learning experience in a loving Christian environment where children ages 18 months through 5 years can grow, learn, and thrive.
Founded by Grassy Branch Baptist Church, our nonprofit preschool exists to provide children with a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment built on developmentally appropriate practices. We are committed to helping each child grow socially, emotionally, academically, physically, and spiritually while celebrating the unique gifts God has given them.

Our Preschool Program
Grassy Branch Preschool is a play-based, part-time preschool where children learn through meaningful experiences and hands-on exploration. We believe play is an essential part of early childhood learning. Through play, children develop important skills such as building friendships, expressing creativity, strengthening language, solving problems, gaining confidence, and discovering the world around them.
Our days include a balance of teacher-guided instruction and child-led activities designed to encourage curiosity and a love for learning.

  Children enjoy:

   •    Music and movement
   •    Bible lessons and character development
   •    Group time and story time
   •    Special visits from community helpers
   •    Outdoor play and exploration

Our classrooms are intentionally kept small, with two teachers in each classroom, allowing us to provide individualized attention and a caring environment where every child feels known and loved.
 

School Schedule
September–May
Monday–Thursday
8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Families may choose from 2, 3, or 4 days per week options.

Meet the Teacher is a wonderful opportunity for children and families to visit the classroom, meet teachers and classmates, drop off school supplies, and ask any questions before the school year begins.
